The Austin Premiere Team at Keller Williams focus is luxury real estate and commerical properties in the south Lake Travis area.
Our Team has been facilitating real estate transactions in Vineyard Bay and Costa Bella since the inception of these two subdivisions. For two years Joe Longton served as the exclusive broker for the original developer of Vineyard Bay. John and Sheryl Scott designed and built the waterfront home at 16105 Chateau Ave.
Joe Longton was project manager and exclusive real estate broker for the Costa Bella subdivision. Joe was a critical participant in the design & development of the subdivision. He was a founding member of the Costa Bella Architectural committee and has personally sold over 50 houses in this neighborhood.
John and Sheryl Scott were the first investors in Costa Bella and participated in the architectual design and building of five of the homes in Phase I.
